Job Description ✨ Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us! ✨ Holland Park State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our busy 210-place OSHC service. As one of two Coordinators , you’ll have the opportunity to lead either our Junior or Senior cohort, working closely with our experienced Lead Coordinator and a team of three Assistant Coordinators. Together you’ll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership focused on mentoring and empowering a diverse team of Educators and delivering consistent, high-quality care and education to children and families. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday with 8 hours admin : 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) About the Role – Lead Your Team to Success! You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts —all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks —all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth . With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team , you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. What’s In It For You?
